As the movie Russell Madness proved years ago there is nothing in the rules about a dog not being able to wrestle. So Scooby-Doo and the gang stand a chance to become the greatest wrestling stable the WWE has to offer. I suppose the allowing dog ruling also allows ghost bears to participate.
