Sermon for June 30, 2019 - As Jesus began calling his first disciples, he heard a lot of excuses. There were many reasons for not affirming the call to discipleship. His response to these excuses tells us that his disciples need to be focused on what lies ahead, not what is behind. What's more, it says a lot about priorities and unconditional commitment.
