I believe that when MTSS are functioning effectively in your school, you not only have student achievement, but you reduce many of the stressors educators face – all in all leading to happy, and healthier school climate and culture. 

In this episode, I talk about the dawn of RTI and some of the unintended consequences that have resulted from the beginning of the RTI reform.  I also talk about a short, but interesting, experiment I did with the RTI triangle and some State data to ask some probing questions about the uses of the "RTI triangle."
