Outstanding podcast for anyone who is looking to improve their relationships. After every episode I've listened to I found myself excitedly running to my partner wanting to share and discuss what I just heard.

4.5 i love the show and as a poly individual i find the content great and helpful as well. Half a point because the hosts speak with so much vocal fry its uncomfortable to use headphones and I don't quite get the into song (sorry!). I have to skip it every time. Is it meant to have a tune? But half point stuff, because despite these things i do really enjoy the show most episodes.
