Emma Robbins is a mum of 2 and National Executive Creative Director at M&C Saatchi. She has over 25 years' experience creating platforms and ideas for some of Australia's biggest brands. She's won and judged a bunch of awards and is loved by Australian adland, not only for her passion and creative talent, but for her drive to give back to the industry.


Sarah Vincenzini is a mum of 2 and a globally-awarded creative with 16 years' experience. She's currently ACD at M&C Saatchi and the Head of Award School Victoria. In her spare time, Sarah rages against the gender stereotype machine as a founder of campaignbechdel.com. She participates in global panels and award juries, and studies psychology in her spare time.
