Season 3 Episode 8-

For this week's episode our guest is none other than our Foreman Justin Daulman. 

He oversees the MVP Renovations side of the business. He has plenty of experience in the building trades and the ability to learn things he needs to in order to complete a high quality project.

He talks about his early adulthood from ROTC in high school and through college. He mentions the freedom to make his decisions regarding life after high school and not being pressured to go to college.

He discusses how he oversees his team of workers and their unique dynamic on the job.
