In this episode, I talk about" Seasonal Affective Disorder."  This time of year can be a joyous time for so many, but it can also be a downer for others as well.  Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD affects over 11 million people in the United States each year.  This form of depression is brought on by the changing season.  SAD can be attributed to the death of a loved one, bills, stress and a host of other factors.  If you are dealing with depression, do not be afraid to reach out to someone about it.
