In this episode of "MCLAHIGTI", I discuss mindfulness tips. Mindfulness is knowing what is going on around us and not overreacting or being overwhelmed by what is happening.  It is very easy to overreact about a situation.  That is especially true by what is happening in these times.  However, there is a practice that can help us to deal with life moving at 200 mph.  Mindfulness helps us to handle those situations and put certain things into perspective.
