In this episode of MCLAHIGTI, I talk about the role of genetics in mental health. Many mental health disorders can run in families and having a family member with a certain disorder can put other members of the family at risk. That means that certain disorders can be a family trait. In this episode, I talk about some of those disorders and I also talk about different ways you can seek help if you are dealing with mental health disorders while not having proper assistance.
