My Dad Is Dead

Since the death of my dad when I was young, I have been managing grief. This podcast details how I have been managing my grief.I was 14 when my dad died and now I am 44. 30 years has seen a lot of changes in my life, naturally. I discuss the key moments in my life where grief has played a part. From dealing with and managing my interactions following his death, right up to the current time where lockdown stopped my bereavement counselling, I will talk frankly about how I have managed to deal with grief.
