About the Speaker 

I am a Workforce Development Disruptor. I believe we often get in our own way and allow policies and systems to dictate how we best serve youth/students.

I am incredibly passionate about Youth Development and believe youth are whole when they come to us, they do not need to be "fixed", we need to fix the systems with them.

I have spent the last 20 years working with nonprofits, DOL funded initiatives, and developing a unique skill set that centers work around those that need it most and the systems that support or get in the way.

I am a "why can't we", "how could we", "is this right for those we are serving", and " teach me more". I believe in humour, authenticity, partnerships, Equity, mental wellness, family priorities, skill building, and trust.
