You have more time than you think!
Have you ever said “I’d love to do that but I just don’t have time right now?” I know I have. But I have a question for you - do you really not have time to do the things that you love or that bring you joy?
In this week’s episode, the point is to strive to create more time for the things you want to do and that bring you joy. As I’ve said before on this podcast, we only have one life that we know of - so why not spend as much time as we possibly can doing the things that bring us joy?

My name is Lindsay Lesage and I wear many hats. I am a fairly new mom to my 8 month old baby girl and we live along the shores of Georgian Bay Ontario with my husband and our little Maltese Poodle Jean Luc. I am a French Immersion Teacher, a Yoga and Meditation Teacher and I am also a trained Psychotherapist. I have a lot of experience in the mental health and wellness field and I myself have struggled to cope with my stress response in difficult times which has resulted in anxiety and depression.
