Have you ever tried an activity and decided on the first attempt that you didn't like? I have worked with many people who have tried an activity and really thought they would enjoy it and after the first try it wasn't what they expected. This can happen, but often as we begin working through the barrier that prevented the enjoyment, it was outside circumstances that formed their opinion.
