My name is Nicolette, you can call me Niki. I have PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I know countless others are going through what I have been going through. I want to share my journey through my healing process and hopefully offer some insight, compassion, empathy, support and love to all those struggling too. I have a lot of stories, trials and errors, failures, successes, and empathy to offer for those who may share similar experiences. Please stay tuned everyday for a new step in my process.
