Zoe speaks to Greg Hall, who works in construction, all about toxic masculinity and the detrimental impact it can have on perceptions and actions around men's mental health in the industry. They chat about the challenges it presents when dealing with employee's mental wellbeing and raising awareness, and how stigma plays a big part in preventing conversations being had. Greg shares about his own mental health conditions and how he came to telling his colleagues about it, the work he's done to raise awareness in his work and how he pushed for two years to get mental health first aid training.
