Molly and I connected when she became a coaching client of mine this past spring. 

As you’ll hear her explain, when we started our coaching sessions, on paper, her career looked like a dream.

She worked full-time, was using her degree, had benefits, earned a salary that paid for everything she could need, had her own desk inside a big office….

And yet..even though this job seemed like it should be something she felt excited about...she found herself waking up every day and dreading going into work. 

She felt completely drained when her shift was over. 

She knew she wasn’t using all of her talents to her full potential at work.
