This week we have a returning guest! We had this man on and the convo had some crazy energies. We even planned the cleanup events live in the episode. We are honored to have Bruce Buddah AGAIN in the Messy Room. He is one of the most interesting people we have ever met and every conversation comes with crazy energies. He talked about the art of the bo staff and how he got introduced to it. We love having Bruce on because he is straight up and isn't afraid to talk about real shit.
