I have struggled with my weight throughout my adult life. I have never had a positive relationship with food and had many psychological barriers to overcome. A year ago, I embarked on a weight loss journey that radically transformed my life. I have lost 145lbs or 65KG, and feel much fitter and healthier. I adopted a Total Food Replacement Diet from Slim and Save and stuck to the plan. I have found levels of willpower and resilience that I never knew I was capable of. In this video, I offer tips and advice for weight loss and share my story; warts and all. I recognise that there is "no best way" but offer generic tips that might help anyone who is struggling with their weight.
