Having found reasonable success for many years previously, Patrice star rose exponentially from around 2015 onwards, leading to massive hits such as 'Surge' and 'Glutes', releasing for iconic labels such as Kompakt and Afterlife, and compiling a much loved Berlin - inspired edition of the legendary Global Underground mix series.

Back in the summer of 2020, Patrice and MYT founder Paul Nolan sat down for an extended, deep dive conversation about the nature of the modern electronic music industry, what it takes to 'play in a higher league' of artist, creative habits and systems, production technique and much more.
