We breath live into the statement "living WHILE dying" and shed light on why we should make good choices as we are  living in "the body that went to the morgue."

We learn that  listening with an open heart helps to lift people out of grief.  Are you trying to fix or are you listening? If you are trying to fix something ....is it coming from a place of control, fear or the unknown?

We touch on feeling less than, the importance of speaking your truth, and how only YOU can create YOUR freedom. Ask yourself, are you in a safe place to be authentically who you are?  Are you willing to do the work to get to possibility?
