“Diversity is being invited to the party, inclusion is being asked to dance.” This metaphor is often used in the diversity and inclusion space, but what does it really feel like when your so-called friends haven't invited you to the party? Or, you've joined the party only to be refused a drink or a dance? How would you react?

In each episode, we'll speak to an anonymous guest to uncover their true experiences of diversity and inclusion in the media industry. Stripped down and fully transparent, our guests will share stories which previously may have been too risky, painful, or controversial to talk about openly.

During the series, we'll focus in on different aspects of diversity, including:- Gender diversity- Sexual orientation - Disability- Racial diversity - Cultural diversity

These are stories of setbacks, resilience and perseverance that deserve to be heard, revealing the truth about media culture and highlighting what needs to change.
