With a name like “Naked with Socks” I am sure you’re wondering what we are all about and why we decided to make a podcast. SO let’s get to it!We choose the name Naked with Socks to represent our brand mission, “comfortable being vulnerable”. Naked symbolizes vulnerability while socks symbolizes a level of comfort. We openly discuss some of our most personal life experiences and comfortably “air our dirty laundry”, in hopes to inspire, laugh, & connect with others!We are two girls who hit it off quite instantly. The more we hung out, the more we realized how alike we were despite growing up in two vastly different environments with extremely contrasting backgrounds. With our powers combined, we decided that taking to the podcast world was our only option in order to share our crazy, out there life experiences.Our hope is that with this platform we are able to make you laugh and leave you feeling inspired to face your past self, trust the person you have become today, and welcome the person that has yet to make an appearance. We are as real, raw, & relatable as possible so sharing our background & experiences with ya'll is just the beginning of a long-term beautiful friendship.
