The panellists discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its far-reaching implications on the stability of the South Asian region. The conversation touches upon COVID-19’s effect on pre-existing inter & intraregional conflicts in South Asia including on terrorism and insurgency and impact on the flow of regional migrants and refugees. The conversation also prescribes the ways in which countries in South Asia can cooperate in order to minimise these impacts and chart out a path of recovery to transform the region.
