Hello and welcome back to the final recording of this program. Duncan here, your nature and forest therapy guide. It’s been a pleasure introducing this practice to you. Thank you for coming back so that we can continue to experience the natural world using our traditional 5 senses. We’ve experienced 4 senses thus far: sight, hearing, touch & smell. Today, we’ll continue to deepen our practice of mindfully connecting to nature so that we can make ourselves available to all that the natural world has to give us. By now, you should have a good sense of how to practice Forest bathing or Shinrin-yoku. So for this last recording, I will keep my guidance brief to allow you to experience more silence and time for you to be in your own world. So let’s continue, yes?
