Now this is some necessary realness, we are all giving ourselves too much grace and in turn stunting our growth. Whether it be our personal growth, in relationships, careers, anywhere. Grace has become a way we excuse our bad habit loops or excuse the behaviour of others.

But like a lot of things, too much grace, is not gonna help you grow! So todays episode goes through what it can look like to give yourself too much grace, and a loving push to get yourself onto the path of becoming the person you want to be.
