Lindsay Rothlisberger's journey in operations (Ops) is a tale shared by many in the field. It all began when Lindsay worked on a demand generation team in B2B marketing several years ago. As time went on, Lindsay found herself becoming the go-to person for marketing automation expertise on the team. She delved deep into analytics, building workflows, and streamlining processes, finding immense joy and fulfillment in these areas. This marked her entry into the world of operations. Lindsay's passion and skills eventually led her to transition into a Marketing Ops role. Here, she honed her abilities further, gaining a broader understanding of the entire marketing funnel. Today, she has taken the next step in her career and embraced a Rev Ops role. In this position, Lindsay's responsibilities have expanded even more, encompassing a wide range of operational tasks that span the entire sales and marketing process. Despite the evolution of her role, Lindsay acknowledges the similarities between her first Marketing Ops job and the current landscape of Rev Ops. This recognition serves as a reminder of her roots, providing a foundation for her continued success in the field.
