Well the Grumpy Old Publisher is in Albany, New York, just ahead of April Fools'day. Seems appropriate as the state budget comes due. However I'm here with some staff members of Neighbor-to-Neighbor Newspapers, not for observation of the Albany circus, but rather for continuing journalism education.
