_They received from Moses all the offerings the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning. So all the skilled workers who were doing all the work on the sanctuary left what they were doing and said to Moses, ‘The people are bringing more than enough for doing the work the LORD commanded to be done.’ Then Moses gave an order and they sent this word throughout the camp: ‘No man or woman is to make anything else as an offering for the sanctuary.’ And so the people were restrained from bringing more, because what they already had was more than enough to do all the work._Exodus 36:3‭-‬7

As I think of this passage I learn a few very important lessons on giving to the LORD-

1) _Giving *REGULARLY*_- The Bible says-_And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning._Note-✓ Continued Bringing✓ Morning after Morning

2) _Giving *FREELY*_-Note the Bible says that they brought *Freewill* offerings

3) _Giving *GENEROUSLY*_-The Bible records that the skilled workers said to Moses-_The people are bringing more than enough for doing the work the LORD_

What is incredible is that this is an account about the children of Israel who had just been freed from bondage after 430 years. This was a time when they could have looked at the-

*Past* & said- we have lost everything*Future* & said- we have no clues what the future holds*Present* & said- hold on to the little we have

*But*- they gave-1) _*REGULARLY*_2) _*FREELY*_3) _*GENEROUSLY*_and so Moses had to give orders-_*Stop Bringing your Offerings*_ 😊

As we begin our day my prayer is that we would allow the HOLY SPIRIT to examine the way in which we give towards the work of the LORD. May we always give-1) _*REGULARLY*_2) _*FREELY*_3) _*GENEROUSLY*_
