Having undergone his own personal mental health challenge, he has researched different modalities and can speak about them. He owns his authentic truth and has no problem sharing it with whomever wants to hear it, and he hopes that his path will help and inspire others struggling with the same challenges to not lose hope. My story involves spiritual growth but not in the religious sense. Rather its more about learning how to be a better person, after spending many years fooling himself into thinking he already was.
