I was scrolling through my news feed and found one of them self help books being advertised called "Warrior".
I've always been a fan of self help content, but these days I'm reluctant to dive into new ones.
Chögyam Trungpa called this "Spiritual Materialism". Collecting many different spiritual disciplines and teachings, new and ancient, is really just another form of materialistic pursuit.
I might be good on it, though I'm still a bit interested. This episode gives a few of my thoughts around some of the author Garrett J White's content and how it may or may not differ from my own spiritual beliefes.
