She was on a low carb diet which helped in many ways. From reduced food consumption she felt better having clearer thoughts which made her healthier. This diet plan also helped her to come out of a long depression period.
After achieving her goal of reducing weight, she trained as a ketogenic nutritionist from the American Nutrition Association.
