Today we are speaking with my boy Sedric Warren of Columbia, SC. #HometownHeroes

Sedric is a fellow podcaster, public health professional, brother, son, USC graduate, Alpha Man, so many things but we are going to unravel what it is like to be Sedric Warren.

We’re going to talk about Sedric’s upbringing and what has been his foundation of growing up in Columbia. We’re going to travel through college and some of the uncertainties that came about and all of the multiple changes that he had to endure in order to get on a path that he felt was right for him. And then we lead into the BIG LEAP- what was the leap that Sedric had to take in order to take back control of his life? Myself having taken a couple of leaps of faith like Sedric, I understand exactly what he’s talking about and to hear his story has inspired me beyond measure and I hope it inspires you!
