On this week's NTR, we celebrate International Women's Day! 

IWD is a time where we recognize the various achievements of women around the world. This year's theme is #ChooseToChallenge, which is meant to address gender bias and inequality. 

Host Nav Nanwa is joined by a special panel consisting of women who've pushed through in their respective industries, and who have created their own opportunities.

These women are:

- Sharma MacDonald, Actress/Director - 2020
- Eldiana Begovic, Cultural Development Manager - Visual Arts Mississauga

The three them discuss what #ChooseToChallenge means to them, how they have over come biases and barriers in their careers, and how they go about lifting others through their work.
