New Theory Radio is back with another edition of 'Theories on Mental Health'

This year we're focusing on three themes: Isolation, Creation, and Mindfulness.

Host Nav Nanwa is joined by musical Artist Siddartha, Artist/Counsellor Teneshia Samuel, and Visual Artist Lindsey Kemp to discuss how the events of the pandemic affected their mental health. They each share how they dealt with feelings of isolation during this time, and how creating art and music allowed them to cope.

And then Nav is joined by Meditation Expert Jules Diva. Jules run an instagram account called @thepresenceof which focuses on the practice of mindfulness. Jules shares what mindfulness is, how it helps with anxiety, and how it can be benefit one's creative thinking. She also walk us through an example of 'mindful eating'
