This week host Nav Nanwa is joined by singer/songwriter Nicole Chambers and artist/educator Tracey Kayy. Nicole a Canadian artist who makes music that speaks of truth, love, and self growth; and Tracey is a multidisciplinary musician (singer, song-writer, producer, rapper and spoken-word artist) who sheds light on the difficulties and traumas within our society. Both of them reflect on Black History Month and what it means to them. They also discuss the racial uprising from last summer, and their current creative processes when making music.

Plus, our #NTRSpotlight this week features Tennyson King. From the mountains of BC to the coast of Tasmania - people have been following the sounds of Tennyson's crisp, round voice for years. He joins Nav to chat about his travels as a music artist, and the recent release of his post-apocalyptic folk song 'Garden of Truth'.
