Jill Castilla, President & CEO of Citizens Bank, sits down with the team to chat about her work with the community-focused bank and founding its music and food truck event, Heard on Hurd. Jill talks about Vault405, a coworking space opened by Citizens as a way to bring together innovators and encourage connection in the community.
