Molly Harvey is one of those women about whom people say "the grass doesn't grow under her feet." Growing up on a country estate where her family worked in Northern Ireland, Molly's thirst for reading was ignited by Lady Waterford, who would come knocking on the family's door every Christmas, carrying a brown wicker basket containing a gift of a new hardcover book. When Molly's father died, when she was just 14, her mother insisted she leave school and go to work. Molly refused and her mother cut up all of her school books. In response, Molly vowed to read one book every month for the rest of her life. And she still does.

Molly went on to become a world authority leader on leadership development, the Visionary Founder of OWL (Outstanding Women Leaders), the first national woman President of the Professional Speakers Association in England, a founding member of the Transformational Leaders Council, and the author of 9 books. If that isn't proof that regardless of our early life circumstances, we all can achieve our dreams if we set our minds to.
