I am back with an exciting mini series especially for Inclusion Week this year which runs from 25th Sept - 1st October.  The theme this year is all about Taking Action and Making Impact, a call to action for everyone in the organisations to do what they can to make a difference for and positive impact for their colleagues.

I talk alot about gender and more specifically the importance of visibility for women's career progression - and I wanted to create something that not only gave me the chance to learn more from incredible women but also to highlight the importance of intersectionality when it comes to inclusion.

 

How to celebrate Inclusion Week with interactive workshops / sessions

If you are a leader in your organisation or maybe part of an internal network or Employee Resource Group (ERG) we are taking bookings for Inclusion week at the end of September.  We are particularly focusing on the importance of networking and making sure ALL employees have access to building those all important stakeholder relationships for career progression!
