Today's guest is the fabulous Mulima Muyunda - who is the Race & Diversity Lead at South Yorkshire Housing Association. She oversees the delivery of their Race Action Plan, working in an intersectional way to support SYHA to deliver on their overall commitment to equality and Diversity.

She specialises in driving change at a structural level by collaborating with leaders to understand how inequalities are upheld through everyday decision making.
