It can really disheartening if women feel they have done ALL the things in terms of raising their profile and being more visible only to find that they still miss out on opportunities.  In this episode, I share a quick checklist to make sure that women have a platform to access opportunities and that they are really doing all they can and stacking the odds in their favour when it comes to their career progression.
