So today we have the incredible force of nature that is Sharon Amesu on the show.  I have had the honour to see this woman in action and she inspires everyone everywhere she goes - she asked me to be a part of her conference recently and I jumped at the chance not only because I knew it would be incredible but also to meet all of the amazing women who were attending and speaking there.

Sharon is a multi award winning Professional Speaker who started her career in Law. She was a Criminal Barrister for 16 years with a successful practice across the Northwest of England. Sharon now runs a Consultancy that supports organisations with Leadership Development and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. As a Professional Speaker, Sharon is invited to speak to audiences around the Globe on Women in Leadership and Inclusive Leadership. As you can imagine this lights me up!
