For this episode, I wanted to discuss the reason as to why I took an Instagram hiatus and share my thoughts surrounding the perception of my body image. I think that lockdown has been a period where anxieties and insecurities have been able to do a double take and therefore, this episode reassures us all that we're not alone in the things that go on in our mind.
