Where are you? We can so easily become disconnected to where we are physically from our bodies and from how we're feeling. There's value in taking in as much life as possible as a creative, it informs our art, but our sensitive bodies need grounding and attention too. We'll explore this topic and end with a sensory exercise for tuning into the here and now.
