Stephanie Hathaway is a Regional Donation Center Manager for the nonprofit Soles4Souls. While she is creating huge impact with her work now, she didn't always work in the nonprofit space- her background is in fashion. But, after landing her dream job, she found that she wasn't as fulfilled as she thought she would be.
