The Boys are Back!!! After a little hiatus the boys feel refreshed and ready to rock and maybe even roll a little. In this episode Marcus and Sharaf discuss mental health and how they feel about some of the aspects. On a serious note to everyone out there, you are not alone even when you may feel like it. Reach out to a professional or to a friend or family member you feel like you trust. Help is there for us all, we just need to have the courage to ask.
