Helga Dalla grew up in Canberra and got into working in the public service straight after school. After a couple of life challenges, Helga and her now-husband decided to travel Australia for six months. This turned into a three and a half years and eventually Helga published five books of photographs of twins and triplets. When Helga was about publishing her last photography book she got a health scare and led her to reassess her life and try to heal naturally. Today Helga is running the organisation Advancing Health Naturally, a place to raise awareness of natural solutions helping health professionals and the general public to make informed decisions on complementary health solutions.
