This troubling revelation was just one of a series of police scandals that rocked Minnesota in recent years. Andy explains the facts behind the controversy, the response from elected officials, the investigation the City Clerk’s office launched to find out how the leak occurred. We also talk about the story of Brittany Buckley who was sedated against her will during a welfare check, only to wake up in the hospital with a breathing tube down her throat and a consent waiver on her bedside table.

We also speak with Michelle Gross of Communities United Against Police Brutality (CUAPB) who wrote the initial complaint for a lawsuit representing Buckley. Michelle has been working on police accountability issues for around three decades and shares a lot of unreported information about the ketamine scandal.
