So who wants to talk about things Jesus has done or experience what God can do in our lives? Could it be a simple as choosing to know God and experience the life transforming power of Christ.
The Voice John heard was a person, Jesus Christ! But what He saw told him so much about this person. This week we are looking at the "Authority" of the Voice that was speaking with John.
If we are to be blessed in the end where should we be living? Is it important, as we understand John's Patmos experience, that we all find ourselves living a life where we share in the tribulations, kingdom and perseverance in Jesus?
John wrote with urgency to deliver a message. that message was that Jesus is Coming and those who read, hear and heed this prophecy will be blessed in the end.
What does it look like to be a faithful and sensible slave? In the end will I be blessed? When Jesus returns will He find me to be a faithful and sensible slave.
When the Great tribulation comes and the Son of God appears, what will it look like? What if the rapture doesn't happen, will I know what's important? Will I have a faith that can keep me from being mislead?
As Children of a God who has worked hard at preparing a table just for us, we don't want to miss dinner. God's table is so much more satisfying but we just don't get it do we?
Even thought we walk through shadows of darkness, trial and struggle abound but we can be encouraged and make it because He is with us and His rod and staff comfort us. What does that look like?
Being under God's influence in life's struggle is the best place to be but not always easy to get there. So what do you do when enemies are surrounding you and life has you pinned down?
