Zach talks about the intersection of Christianity and mental health with Indianapolis counselor and therapist, Paul McDaniel. They discuss mental health and anxiety in the Scripture, whether mental health still has a stigma in the Church, and how families can navigate issues of mental health with their kids.

Paul has a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Counseling and is licensed in the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He has been a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors for 30 years and serves as its President.
