A dark tale recounting the experience of a child psychologist who's young patients all shared their interactions with an "imaginary friend" named Mr. Smile. As cases of identical interactions began to skyrocket measures were taken to no avail. Things became even more terrifying as children started to go missing. As more and more children disappeared the remaining children began suffering maddening interactions with this "dark figment" until none were left.
